Total contribution = 3 x 8000 = 24000 TK
Cost of computer = 19500 + 10% of 19500 = 19500 + 1950 = 21450 TK.
Excess contribution = 24000 - 21450 = 2550 TK.
Refund to each = 2550/3 = 850 TK.
